Talkin’ ‘Bout Books at Minicon

I had a great conversation in a group gathered around the DreamHaven Bookstore booth at Minicon. In case you aren’t familiar with it, it is one of two fantastic SFF bookstores in Minneapolis. Everyone had terrific recommendations. My stack of To Read books got bigger and my list of books to check out later got very much longer. Lots of writers I haven’t tried before! I can’t wait to dive into Pride and Prometheus by John Kessel and European Travel for the Monstrous Gentlewoman by Theodora Goss.

Off to Minicon

I’m looking forward to attending Minicon, an SF and F con, where I will be on a panel or two (not sure of my schedule). I plan to “talk books” with old friends and new, eat at fun places, hear some great music, and add to my what-to-read-next list.
