Kilt Progress: Aprons

I’m marking the apron and under apron in chalk. The fabric piled up in the middle will all be hand sewn into pleats.

I know I should be more adventurous and try more things on the menu; but when I go to Hell’s Kitchen, I always end up getting the lemon ricotta hot cakes. YUM!
