Kilt Progress: Twenty-seven pleats! The fun part is done. I’m loving the colors that show with this pleating scheme. Then, hidden inside each pleat are a double white stripe, two mustard stripes and the greenish shades of the tartan. They will show in the swish of the kilt when the person wearing it proudly struts (as I know he will).
